How I Help

About Me
I have always been curious about people, their stories, relationships, and the experiences that shape who we become. My fascination with the human brain and our capacity for resilience and growth continues to inspire my work as a therapist.
I grew up in India and have had the opportunity to live in Singapore and several cities across the United States throughout my life. These experiences have shaped my appreciation for diverse perspectives and the many ways people experience and navigate the world. I am fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi, and I value the opportunity to connect with clients from different backgrounds and lived experiences.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy traveling, exploring new coffee shops and restaurants, reading, and spending time with family and friends. I deeply value community and the relationships we build with others, and I carry that same appreciation for connection into my work as a therapist.
