How I Help
We all have strengths that we can draw on and develop in order to live a life that is meaningful and fulfilling. Sometimes, emotionally intense experiences, memories or thoughts block us from living and connecting in a way that works best for us. In a collaborative, warm, grounded and accepting environment, we will work to explore, process and shift the experiences that keep patterns that no longer work for you and what keeps those patterns in place. We all have immense abilities to grow and create lives we are proud of. I look forward to working together and exploring further.

About Me
Outside of work, I am often taking long walks outside or browsing some kind of history or art museum. I often spend weekends wandering and exploring new areas and spending time in parks, in cafes or browsing the library. At home, I love to cook, read and cross stitch.
