Kelly Huang, (ASW #123839)
Therapist | Associate Social Worker
How I Help
You are a deeply caring and resilient individual seeking to gain clarity and align with what matters most to you. Perhaps you are navigating a major transition, have been feeling overwhelmed, self-critical, or simply emotionally exhausted, especially from having to hold a strong front or “white knuckling” it for so long.
I offer relational and somatic-based therapy, including Brainspotting and attachment-focused healing, to support clients in processing painful experiences, reconnecting with themselves, and gently exploring emotional burdens that may be carried both mentally and physically. This includes honoring our inner landscape, intuitive knowing, and creating safety to meet ourselves with authenticity, humor, and curiosity.
Together, we can create a space that fosters compassion, steadiness, and embraces being wonderfully human. If this resonates with you, we may be a really good match.

This includes individuals that may be navigating impacts of depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, low self-esteem, identity exploration, substance abuse, and relational concerns. About Me
My values towards community, empathy, and fun have guided me towards this profession, including with my experiences as a Medic in the California Army National Guard. With my therapist hat off, and out in the wild, I enjoy going on nature walks, crocheting, and watching movies. I am a lifelong manga/anime lover, and devoted fan of One Piece. Like Luffy, I find great solace spending time with my loved ones, and enjoy a good adventure.
