Who I Work With
I work with adults and couples who are ready to look inward, especially those carrying wounds from childhood, struggling with social anxiety, or feeling like connection is something that works for others but not for them. If that sounds familiar, I can help you understand what’s really happening inside, increasing insight about what you’ve had to hide or fight against just to get by.
Who I Work With
I use EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and a warm, direct style that’s as interested in your internal world as it is in practical skills. Sessions might look like trying out new nervous system regulation tools, sorting out your true values, and exploring what safety and connection might look like for you. Using these tools, we can lower the emotional intensity of the past so you can show up more fully for yourself and loved ones in the present.

About Me
I grew up all around the Bay Area, often moving to a new Bay Area town each year. I learned how to quickly adapt to new communities and utilized that while working internationally at different non-profits, community organizations and health centers throughout South America, Asia, Europe and Africa. These experiences led to immense growth and a desire to have a stable home base to support the communities I grew up in! Since then, I have worked at community mental health centers, co-occurring substance use and mental health IOP agencies and in outpatient settings.
Outside of work, I try to find a balance between being active outdoors and resting with family and friends. I still love to travel and can often be found backpacking, camping and exploring new cities. When at home in Half Moon Bay, I’m often trying to learn how to garden with my partner and reading on the beach.
