Darya Soofi, (ACSW #123250)
Therapist | Associate Clinical Social Worker
How I Help
I believe in the power of being truly heard and seen. Therapy is a space where you can show up as your full self, no judgment, and explore some of life’s hardest questions. My role isn’t to give you the answers, but to ask thoughtful questions that help you connect with your own inner wisdom. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a grounded presence into the room, and I aim to create a space where you feel safe to be honest, vulnerable, and human.

About Me
Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find me playing soccer with my women’s team, out hiking, or lounging around with my two very spoiled cats. I love spending quality time with my friends and family and really value play and levity in my relationships.
