Simon Haswell (AMFT #155890)
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
How I Help
My approach is focused on building a safe, trusting relationship that fosters self exploration, insight, and skill building. I believe healing begins when you feel seen, heard, and understood, which is why I prioritize creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can truly be yourself. I recognize that each person’s life experience is unique, so I’ll work to meet you where you are at and tailor my approach to meet your individual needs. Whether you’re coping with anxiety or depression, facing major life changes, or looking to better understand yourself, I’m here to support you in moving towards the life that you want to live.

About Me
As a Bay Area native, I have a strong appreciation for this place and community. My path to becoming a therapist was influenced by several meaningful experiences where I witnessed the powerful impact that therapy can have on people’s lives. Outside of work I enjoy staying active and challenging myself to learn new things. You can often find me exploring parks with my dog, working out, playing sports, picking up a new hobby, or catching up with friends.
