How I Help

My therapeutic style can be described as genuine, dedicated, and holistic. I value our therapeutic relationship immensely and believe that real change happens through trust and connection. I believe deeply in meeting you where you are and holding a safe, supportive space for whatever you’re carrying. Whether you’re in crisis, navigating trauma or conflict, adjusting to a life change, or seeking greater self-understanding, I aim to walk alongside you with curiosity and respect. While we’ll work through the difficult moments together, we’ll also take time to honor the wins—big or small—and celebrate your growth along the way.

About Me

I found myself in this career after years of knowing I wanted to help others and create change. I am so proud knowing that I chose a career I love and am meant to be in. I have spent my time as a professional working in elementary schools and in partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs (PHP and IOP programs). My work experience has given me so much knowledge and the ability to help individuals in acute crisis or suffering from intense issues such as suicidality, self-harm, mood disorders, and severe depression and anxiety. While I love this type of work, I look forward to being part of the long-term healing process and being able to see my clients thrive! Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and my dog, being in nature, thrifting, watching my shows, reading, and traveling!
