Estella Nolasco, (AMFT #143387)

Therapist | Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

Who I Work With

I work with children, adults, and elders navigating a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges. These may include anxiety, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, grief, and self-esteem concerns. I provide a supportive, culturally sensitive space for individuals across the lifespan to process trauma, explore their experiences, build resilience, and reconnect with their inner strengths. I also have experience working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and the LGBTQ+ community.

How I Help

My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. Whether you’re a child learning to express emotions, an adult navigating patterns that no longer serve you, or an elder processing life transitions, I meet you where you are. I focus on building trust, deepening emotional insight, and offering practical tools that support lasting healing and personal growth.

About Me

I was born and raised in California’s Central Valley, surrounded by agriculture and the natural beauty of Yosemite, Sequoia, and Pinnacles National Parks. I became a therapist because I believe deeply in the power of connection, curiosity, and compassion to support healing. Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and patient. I honor each person’s unique story and pace, and I strive to create a space where you feel truly seen and supported.

I am a mother of four, married, and the daughter of immigrant parents who instilled in me a strong sense of care, responsibility, and service to others. Their influence has profoundly shaped my path as a therapist and deepened my understanding of how cultural identity, intergenerational expectations, and lived experience affect mental health. These personal experiences have helped me develop a meaningful perspective on cultural impacts and generational trauma—insights I bring with empathy and sensitivity into my work. I am also fluent in Spanish, which allows me to connect more deeply with Spanish-speaking clients and offer support in a language that feels most comfortable and authentic to them.

Outside the therapy room, I enjoy connecting with nature, exploring spirituality, watching movies, building LEGO sets with my five-year-old, and going on adventures with my family.
