How I Help
I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can freely explore all parts of yourself. My goal is to work with you in collaboration so that you may feel empowered to develop coping strategies, foster self-awareness, and cultivate lasting change in a way that honors your unique experiences and personal growth.
I’m no different from the clients I work with. I’ve been through both wonderful and difficult experiences that have shaped who I am and how I help. Therapy offered me a safe space and provided me with tools that have greatly improved my life. I’ve carried that into my work and I am committed to guiding clients to where things feel manageable and joyful again.
Who I Work With
I work with adults facing challenges with stress management, overthinking, emotional regulation, and self-esteem. People often reach out to me when they’re struggling to navigate life transitions, work or school-related stress, establishing boundaries, or are seeking support to shift patterns that no longer serve them. I typically work with young adults, millennials, elders, tech and non-profit professionals, HR professionals, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as caregivers.

About Me
I grew up in a seaside town just north of Boston, MA, lived in San Francisco for 12 years, and recently made the move back east to Maine, from where I’m lucky to be able to provide telehealth to clients in California. Being outside and near any body of water is very important to me! I love movies — I studied film in college and still volunteer at and/or attend film festivals when I can. Theater kid at heart, amateur home-cook, and big fan of pretty much all animals.
