Who I Work With
As a therapist, I am honored to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate the complexities of life. I specialize in working with young adults and adults facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, cultural identity, sexual assault, domestic violence, high-conflict relationships, life transition, parenting/co-parenting difficulties, and the emotional impact of divorce, separation, or breakups.
How I Help
My approach is rooted in empowerment. I believe in helping my clients reconnect with their inner strength and wisdom, equipping them with the tools needed to face life’s challenges and restore a sense of peace, authenticity and serenity within. Every person’s journey is unique, and I meet each client with the utmost respect, deep understanding, patience, and unconditional positive regard.

About Me
Born and raised in France, I grew up in a vibrant city and a multicultural home that shaped my deep appreciation for diversity and human connection. Speaking French, Vietnamese, and English, and traveling the world, helped me understand how culture, language, and life experience shape who we are.
Now a mother of three in a recomposed family living in the Bay Area, my personal journey through trauma, migration, motherhood/co-parenting, and identity led me to the meaningful work of becoming a therapist. Inspired by my own transformative experiences in therapy, I now support others in navigating life’s challenges with empathy, insight, and care.
In my free time, I enjoy Interior design and Feng shui, meditation and yoga, hiking, discovering new restaurants, dancing, and exploring the world with my family—and perhaps most importantly, I’ve learned to take the time to take my time.
