Rhea Nandal

Community Youth Outreach

Rhea Nandal is a senior at Menlo School with a strong interest in English, history, and art history. Passionate about youth mental health, she serves on the San Mateo Behavioral Health Youth Action Board and co-led Menlo Voices for Hope, organizing a mental health benefit concert and managing its social media presence.

At Menlo, Rhea is the Varsity Golf Captain, leader of the Mental Health @ Menlo Club, a Writing Peer Tutor, and a School Ambassador. She was awarded a $4,000 HAND Research Fellowship to conduct on-site research in India on farmer wellness and sustainable agriculture policy—an experience that expanded her perspective on global health and policy.

These roles have strengthened her leadership and advocacy efforts, and she remains committed to advancing mental health awareness both locally and globally.
