Who I Work With

Hi, I’m Rachel, and I’m here to support you with compassion, honesty, and a goal-oriented mindset. I work with teens, adults, and older adults facing challenges like depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and more. My approach blends trauma-informed care, life coaching strategies, and therapeutic tools to help you work through struggles and move toward your personal goals.
I began my career working with children in foster care and later with older adults in need of supportive services. I’ve also supported teens and young adults in learning healthy communication skills and developing emotional awareness.
Think of therapy with me as having a personal cheerleader—someone in your corner to help you process the hard stuff and celebrate your growth.

About Me

I’m originally from Southern California, but
have now called the East Bay my home for the past 15 years. I have lived and studied in both San Francisco and New York. My professional journey has been shaped by a passion for advocacy, trauma recovery, and helping people feel empowered in their lives.
