Therapist | Associate Professional Clinical Counselor
Who I Work With
I work with a diverse range of adolescents, adults, couples, and multi-partner relationships. I can assist with navigating life transitions, those seeking to heal from trauma, depression, and anxiety. I welcome queer, trans, non-binary and gender expansive folks of all flavors.
I also support neurodivergent, non-monogamous folks, psychonauts, spiritual seekers, rebels, and visionaries who seek a holistic approach that honors all parts of themselves and their experiences.
You won’t be pathologized for your humanity and this is a space that is truly non judgemental. You can share all parts of yourself, and share the things you felt that you couldn’t say in therapy before. I welcome spiritual curiosity particularly in a time of struggle. Together, we can explore what it means to be spiritual as the systems and structures are collapsing around us.
How I Help
My approach is warm, trauma informed, creative, curious, and person-led. I believe you are the expert in your life and will collaborate with you to find your individualized path towards self-acceptance, confidence, and clarity.
How do we find our footing in a reality that feels groundless and chaotic? Maybe there is a need for something different that can help you discover what lies beneath the story, within the body and spirit. I draw upon an East meets West approach to psychotherapy. Our work is grounded in mindful awareness as we gather insight into what has occurred in the past to bring you to this current state of functioning. We then collaborate to actively awaken the potential for a new way of living.
Therapy will be interactive, warm, and joyful.
Together we will build a relationship that will act as a container for healing. Often we hurt in relationships and the key to healing also lies within relationships. Together we will experiment to find the approaches that work best for you and help you find your place in the cosmic dance.

About Me
After losing a close friend to suicide in my early 20s I knew I wanted to be a therapist to help others to heal. My personal journey led me from dancing out my feelings in the rave scene to participating in and facilitating plant medicine circles. Before returning to school for my graduate degree, I worked many different roles in education and have a special place in my heart for working with teens.
I have always had an interest in pushing the boundaries of waking consciousness and exploring the spirit. I try to bring all of these experiences into my work with clients and cultivate a space where we can celebrate our weirdness. Outside of my work, you can find me spinning tunes on the DJ decks, dancing, and playing in the forest with friends. Community is the greatest gift I have received in this life and I try to spend as much time as possible enjoying the company of friends and family.
